On August 7, 2024, Mark was on a 25-foot high ladder trying to paint the house when he passed completely out and fell off the very top. He had to be med flighted twice to a Level 1 Trauma Center in KY. He sustained a broken back, two punctured lungs, multiple broken ribs, a broken sternum, and a brain bleed. He cannot feel anything from the abdomen down. He had a spinal fusion surgery. The doctors don’t believe his condition will improve, leaving him being paraplegic. All donations go towards medical bills, making home accessible, a wheelchair accessible van and any medically necessary equipment he will need.
