Mark, a coworker at Hippies Pizza in Royal Oak, recently suffered a horrific fall that left him with eight broken ribs and a lacerated spleen. Over the past two weeks, he has been in and out of the hospital, spending only two days at home. Unfortunately, Mark is now back in the hospital and being transferred to another facility because he requires surgery on his lung. All efforts to remove coagulated blood have failed, and it has now been revealed that one of the broken ribs has punctured the lung, making this an especially critical time for him and his loved ones.

Mark isn't just an incredibly loyal coworker—he is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. As the sole breadwinner for his family, Mark has always worked hard to support those he loves. His wife, Dee, is currently facing her own major health concerns and is unable to work, which makes this situation even more challenging for their family.
