Hi, my name is Mark, and I recently underwent major surgery to completely remove my left kidney, which was engulfed by a 12" cancerous tumor. The diagnosis was stage T3a Renal Cell Carcinoma. The surgery was successful, however, I’m now in the middle of a long recovery that includes a full year of immunotherapy treatments, further CT scans and MRIs. There were nodules found in my lungs that need to be monitored as well.

I'm currently out of work until at least August 8th without pay, and the financial burden is growing fast. Between the surgery, multiple CTs/MRIs, and medical expenses not covered by insurance; mortgage, food, utilities, and transportation, I'm in a financial crisis that I never imagined.
