Support Mark’s Jubilee Pilgrimage to Italy

Mark is a dedicated Sacristan and future Seminarian for the Diocese of Honolulu, serving at several parishes and supporting the faith community across the state. This year, Mark has the unique opportunity to join a Hawaii Island pilgrimage to Italy during the Jubilee Year, a significant event in the Catholic Church. The pilgrimage will take place in September 2025, where Mark will serve as Sacristan for the group’s Spiritual Director, Fr. Arnel, and participate in visits to religious and cultural sites in Assisi, Loreto, Lanciano, Manoppello, Rome, and the Vatican. A highlight of the journey will be attending a Papal Mass celebrated by Pope Leo, deepening Mark’s spiritual experience and connection to the global Church.

This pilgrimage is an important step in Mark’s faith journey and preparation for the priesthood. The experience will help him grow spiritually and better serve the Diocese of Honolulu in the years ahead. While the final payment for the trip was already due, this is an opportunity for our community to come together as good stewards and support Mark in this meaningful endeavor. Funds raised will cover the tour, airfare, lodging, meals, and other travel expenses. Your support will help Mark answer his calling and continue his service to the community.
