Hello, my name is Mark. I was on the outskirts of Guadalajara, MX, in a town called San Antonio Tlayacapan, on August 6th, 2025.

I had a heart attack and 2 days later I was on the stent table. During the procedure, the doctor stopped and said more money was required. "Did I understand? More stents are required." Everything medical is cash up front. I used all my cash, credit cards, and borrowed the difference.

I live on social security only and am now $50,000 USD in debt. By the time I pay just the credit card payments, social security, Medigap, and rent, there is more month at the end of the money.
