Mark has been dealing with many heart problems this past summer. His heart has been going into atrial fibrillation. After many trips to doctors and Abbott Hospital, he was diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. It’s a disease where the muscle of the heart grows thick. The thickening heart muscle makes it hard for the heart to pump blood and confuses the electrical system.
Mark will be having open-heart surgery in November at Abbott and will not be able to work for at least three months and he has used all of his sick leave and vacations time. He and his wife, Jennifer, both work and live in Little Falls. With all the medical expenses and trips to Abbott, any help would be greatly appreciated. If you can’t financially help, extra prayers for surgery and recovery would be amazing as well. Thank you so much
