Support Mark Spitzer's Stroke Recovery

My name is Linda and I am wishing to request funds for a former student and friend, Mark Spitzer. Mark has had a stroke and will be incapacitated for quite some time. He lives alone, has no family except an elderly aunt who cannot help. Mark will need to be moved to a more accessible living space as he will be using a walker and crutches. He will need sufficient funds to cover rent, utilities, insurance, groceries, healthcare needs, personal care items, and transportation for shopping and doctor visits. Mark is too young for Medicare and his employer does not provide health insurance. He has a small policy which he pays for himself.

Mark has many friends, especially from his Turner Ashby High School graduating class, who are willing to help with physical things but also have limited financial resources.
