On 7 September, our beautiful friends Mark and Hannah welcomed their baby girl, Sofia, into the world. Hannah had always dreamed of becoming a mother and was so excited to meet her baby.

Hannah gave birth in a Perth hospital. Devastatingly, just two days later, she passed away in hospital. The cause of her death is not yet known. Mark and Sofia have lost someone deeply loved, at a time that should have been filled with joy. She was taken from them way too young.

There have been so many wonderful people in Hannah and Mark's lives who have reached out asking how they can support Mark and Sofia during this incredibly difficult time. Above all, your love, thoughts, prayers and ongoing support mean more than anything.

This page has simply been created for those who have asked for a tangible way to show their support. There is absolutely no expectation to donate, and no amount is too small. Your kindness, messages and presence are just as meaningful.
