Hello everyone,

We’re reaching out to ask for your love, prayers, and support for my husband Mark Morin.

Two years ago, we found ourselves in the hospital doing a below the knee amputation due to infection on a open wound that turned into gangrene literally overnight. In December of last year we were faced with another hurdle as Mark had to have life saving CPR performed on our kitchen floor due to pneumonia and fluid in the lungs. Now Mark is currently facing one of the toughest battles of their life. Mark has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure with blocked arteries and most recently also suffers from stage 5 kidney failure, resulting in immediate dyalisis treatment, and has made recovery even more challenging.

Doctors recommended open heart surgery, but with the ongoing dialysis treatments and other risk factors associated with lungs and other things, we have decided to go with multiple stent implants. While we are not sure if the procedure will work, it's the best option for us at the time. That being said, in just three weeks that Mark has been in the hospital, the financial burden has become overwhelming. We have no medical insurance or life insurance. Between hospital stays, medications, specialist visits, and his inability to work, the costs are adding up fast.

Mark is a great husband and father who loves his family and friends.
