Much loved Father, Pop, Patrol Captain of Greenmount Surfclub, Business Owner and Community member, Mark McDonald (Macca) was admitted to Tweed Valley Hospital for kidney pain on Wednesday 5th November.

On Thursday 6th November, Macca went into cardiac arrest and suffered a stroke. Macca was transferred to GCUH to receive clot retrieval surgery and treatment for clots in his heart and kidney.

Currently on the road to recovery, the local community have requested this page to be set up to help Macca get back on his feet when the time comes. On behalf of Macca's family, we thank you all for the well wishes and community support during this time.
