Support Mark Mason's Critical Brain Surgery

My name is Jeremiah Wheeler. I am raising funds for a friend, father, husband, and a great recovery agent, Mark Mason. He is facing a serious medical issue called an encephalocele, where part of his brain lining has pushed through a small gap in his skull near his forehead. While he doesn't have any fluid leaks now, surgery is needed to close the gap and reduce the risk of infections like meningitis. The plan is to undergo a specialized surgery with two surgeons on Monday, 10/21/24. He will be in ICU for nearly a week as part of the recovery process.
