Family Members & Current Situation:

Mihail Striyak – currently waiting out war in a suburb of Kyiv, Ukraine
                 They have the very basics for day to day survival and intend on staying in Ukraine post war.

Olya Kuz & Galina Kuz - Currently waiting out the war in a small village south of Lviv, Ukraine.  Intend on staying in Ukraine post war. They have the bare minimum to survive.  

Marianna Humetska – already left Ukraine a few days into the war, they intend to stay permanently in Poland

Roman Rydnytckyy – Staying in Ukraine to protect their business.  Intend on staying in Ukraine post war.

Yurij Tchir – staying in Ukraine, waiting out the war.  Life is difficult, social media depiction of war accurate. Intend on staying in Ukraine post war.
 

Families Perspective on the Current Situation:

Even if the war ends tomorrow, the infrastructure, utility grid and many buildings are ruined for years to come.
The re-building process will take multiple years.
 

How they’ll use the charitable donations:
-Start a new life in neighboring countries
-Securing apartment, food, medication, basic furniture, dishes/silverware, pot/pans, wheelchair, clothes, pursue citizenship
-Re-Build home in staying Ukraine
-Help their neighbors in dire need within their village
