Support Mark Jones' World Championship Dream

Hello All!

Mark Jones, one of the best wheelchair pool players in the United States and my VERY dear friend, has informed me that he has been invited to play in the WPA Heyball Parasport WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP....What an honor! The World Championship will be held June 7-11, 2025 in Brisbane, Australia.

Mark also informed me that all of his expenses will be paid for by the Heyball organization, EXCEPT for his FLIGHT to Australia.....Eeeeek! So, I thought I would help him to raise some funds to assist in the purchase of his flight by creating this Go Fund Me page.

Mark has played pool (8-Ball, 9-Ball, 10-Ball etc.) for the past 50+ years and has traveled all over the world to compete in some of the most prestigious events involving wheelchair events. He has had an extensive career on the table and also has competed on EPSN. Recently, he participated in the Heyball Event in Los Angeles back in December 2024 and snapped off a 5th Place finish in the World! Another event that Mark recently participated in was on March 8-9, 2025 in Richmond, VA at the Paralyzed Veterans of American (PVA) Series. This was the first Tour Stop of the year and he snapped off 1st Place going undefeated to seal the deal. Needless to say, Mark is IN STROKE!

He would like another crack at winning a Heyball World Championship Event and he will have this opportunity in June in Brisbane, Australia, BUT he needs a little help getting there! He has priced flights and they are running between $1,700-$2,000. Please consider donating to help Mark achieve his goal of placing 1st in this World Championship!
