For 25 years, I've led teams and built global brands. On the outside, I was performing at the highest level. Inside, I was battling addiction I could not admit to anyone. That contradiction, thriving in business while secretly struggling, is the reality for many executives today.
After years of sobriety, I am launching a confidential coaching practice and proprietary framework, literature and potential podcast designed specifically for executives who feel trapped in that double life.
This is not theory. It is lived experience paired with leadership insight. My mission is to help leaders protect their sobriety, strengthen their performance, and find freedom without fear of exposure.
Of course, I wanted to keep this idea close to my chest until it was fully baked, but what I have learned is that my old “lone wolf” ways do not get me very far. Growth happens when I share openly and vulnerable regardless of my pride. Leaning on trusted people is the path forward, and that is why I am inviting you into this part of the journey now.
Why I Need Your Help
Launching this practice requires resources I cannot create on my own. In the past, I might have tried to white-knuckle it solo, but I've realized asking for help is strength, not weakness. Your support will give me the foundation to bring my vision to life and make it available to the people who need it most.
I am asking friends and colleagues who believe in this mission to consider contributions of $100 or more. These gifts provide the foundation for launching this practice and making it sustainable.

Closing
I have lived the double life of success on the outside and struggle on the inside. I know the shame, the fear, and the silence that keep so many leaders trapped. Sobriety gave me my life back, and now I want to use that experience to help others do the same.
Thank you for your support.
