Hello everyone,

My name is Chloe, and I am the daughter of Mark Bardwell.

As some of you may have seen, earlier in the week, my dad was taken to the hospital, originally due to what we thought was the flu and some other issues, which turned out to be a life-or-death situation.

Over the past week, my dad has been in the ICU and undergone six procedures, has had both lungs collapse, four chest tubes fail, organ failure, and many other complications. He has almost died twice, but he’s a fighter. If you know him, you already know that about him.

As of right now, we know they have identified two infections that have been brewing in his chest, but three are still unidentified.

He has a long road to recovery, and we are taking one day at a time until they figure out what the root issue is.

I created this GoFundMe to offer support to my family for medical bills and for care once he gets released from the hospital.
