Support Marissa's Road to Recovery

Hi, my name is Jennifer, Marissa's mom. Marissa was in a horrible car accident on 6/15/2024. She was with a friend that was driving. They tried to avoid hitting a truck but instead loss control and hit the concrete barrier.

Marissa has a long road of recovery to get to be where she once was. She has a long list of injuries. She has two broken ribs, bruised lung, 5 inch scalp laceration, missing skin on her right arm, her left arm has a broke finger, broken wrist, fractured spine and pelvis. On 6/18/24 she had a second surgery to place BTM on her right arm. Her right arm will need a skin graft eventually. She has three different teams working on her. She has PT and OT working with her everyday.

I'm asking if everyone will help out. She will need adaptive medical equipment at home that insurance doesn't pay for. I'll need help with gas money to get her to her appointment and I'll be missing out on work. She is non weight baring on both arms. I have to help her do all her daily living. Insurance will not pay for continued care outside of the hospital at home. Any amount that you donate will be greatly appreciated.
