Hello Family & friends.

On Saturday, May 2, as you know, Marissa, mother, wife, friend, and team mom for the soccer team, unexpectedly started feeling really sick as she was going through her day on a usual weekend at a soccer game. By the end of the night, she was not doing well, so she was rushed to the hospital & was admitted. Unfortunately, they found a tumor on her head. She had it for some years and didn’t know. The size of a golf ball. Due to the signs she was showing, procedures were done, and surgery was performed on Thursday, 05/07/26. She is still in recovery.

The reason we are creating this GoFundMe is to help out her family in this time of recovery since we don’t know how long this might take. Also, please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. If you know Marissa, she is the sweetest and kindest person you will ever meet. We have faith God will do a miracle for her. This recovery road is so unpredictable that we don’t know how long it might take. We don’t ask for much, but whatever you can donate for her and her family is appreciated. Everything counts!
