Support Marisa's Journey to a Kidney Transplant

Hi everyone,

My name is Kurt and I’m reaching out on behalf of my incredible fiancée, Marisa Piazza.

Marisa is battling Stage 5 kidney disease and is now at the point in this journey of a life-saving kidney transplant.

Marisa is the strongest person I know, always giving her all to her family, friends, and her work in real estate. She never complains, even on her hardest days, but I see how much this disease has taken a toll on her physically and emotionally.

Thankfully, we’re getting closer to a transplant and by the grace of God, I am at the final testing to be the official donor, but the financial burden of this journey is becoming overwhelming. Between medical bills, medications, travel expenses for the surgery, and pre and post-transplant care for both of us, the costs are piling up faster than we can handle.
