This is an urgent plea to help our friend Marisa Moralez who has recently been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer called Pleomorphic Liposarcoma. She has been given a 6 month survival time with no treatment. Marisa is a 31 year old single mother of two young daughters ages 10 and 13. She was working as a veterinary technician until her sudden decline and diagnosis. According to her doctors, she has a 12 x 10 cm mass wrapped around her mesenteric artery, and some spread to her lungs and limbs. She will need extensive surgery followed by chemotherapy or other treatment modalities. Marisa has limited health insurance and needs help to pay for the surgery, post operative treatment, rent and childcare, while going through her surgery and treatments. Please help us give our friend a chance to survive and have more time with her children.
