Ayúdame a luchar contra el Cáncer

Una noticia inesperada cambió mi vida justo cuando celebraba la Navidad 2024 con mi familia. Después de varias semanas con malestar y en algunas oportunidades dificultad para respirar, decidí realizarme un chequeo médico. El resultado fue devastador para mí. Me diagnosticaron un cáncer de pulmón en etapa 3 que amerita ser tratado con urgencia. Desafortunadamente este tipo de cáncer es muy agresivo y no puede ser operado.

A finales de año presenté una crisis por la cual tuve que ser intervenida de emergencia y desde ese momento no he podido volver a realizar mis actividades cotidianas.

La única opción que tengo por el momento es realizarme un tratamiento que incluye sesiones de quimioterapia y radioterapias diarias para evitar que la enfermedad avance.

Para poder cumplir con este tratamiento necesito ausentarme de mi trabajo y cambiar el estilo de vida que he tenido hasta ahora. Estoy con una actitud positiva, mucha fe y esperanza para luchar por mi pronta recuperación.

A través de esta campaña recurro a todas las personas de buen corazón que puedan apoyarme para poder llevar a cabo este tratamiento, ya que todos los gastos asociados no son cubiertos por mi seguro médico. Some unexpected news changed my life right when I was celebrating Christmas this year with my family. After various weeks of not feeling well and sometimes having difficulty breathing, I decided to get a medical check-up. The results were devastating to me; I was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer which must be treated urgently. Unfortunately, this cancer type is too strong to cure with surgery. At the end of the year, I was struck by an attack which led me to be taken to the hospital as an emergency. Since then, I have not been able to go back to engaging in every-day activities. The only option I have for now is, to receive treatment with daily chemotherapy and radiotherapy to stop the illness from worsening. In order to comply with my treatment, I must stop attending work and change the lifestyle that I’ve had up until now. I strive to keep a positive attitude, hope, and faith to continue to battle for my speedy recovery. Through this campaign, I’d like to call every person with a loving heart who can help now that our bills are not covered by our health insurance.
