Hello everyone.

My name is Maria Gonzalez and this is my father Mario Gonzalez.

He is 61 years old and currently fighting his battle with colorectal cancer.

My father has always been the sole provider of my mother unfortunately his health took a turn in the ending of 2025. After back to back hospital visits and awaiting an appointment with a specialist he was admitted the beginning of the year.

He has a tumor/mass the size of a baseball. Along it grew an abscess that had burst. The tumor came back cancerous and they diagnosed him with colorectal cancer.

He will be needing frequent oncology appointments, they want to do a round of Chemo and surgery. The surgery is to remove the tumor and have him live with a ostomy bag.
