Hi, my name is Dale. I am trying to help Mario Godshall. He has been ill for the last three years. He has dealt with many blood clots in his left leg, resulting in a high above-the-knee amputation. He has had his leg amputated at three different levels; the last surgery was 4 weeks ago. He is in a wheelchair now and won’t be ready for a leg prosthesis for a while. He has been an RN at Cape Coral Hospital for about 5 years before this all started. He was raised in Cape Coral and played football for Mariner High. He just needs a little financial help; he has depleted all his funds. As his parents, we have been paying all his bills for the last three years, but unfortunately, our funds are depleted.

Trying to get help from the government is nearly impossible.
He is married to Laura and has two daughters.

This all started when he was a frontline nurse at Cape Coral Hospital and required a COVID vaccination. About 6 months later, he started having blood clots and had several bypasses and stents. I could go on and on, but I won’t.

Any way you can help would be wonderful. Let’s hope and pray this has a great ending.

Thank you
