Hello everyone, my name is Marie, and I’m a mother of two beautiful children. Unfortunately, I’ve been diagnosed with Chiari Malformation Type 1, a serious condition where the brain tissue extends into the spinal canal. After many tests and consultations with doctors, I’ve been advised to undergo brain surgery in order to address this condition and alleviate the life-altering symptoms I’ve been experiencing.

This surgery will require me to take at least two months off from work, which means I will be unable to provide for my family during this challenging time. The medical expenses for the surgery itself, along with MRI scans, other necessary tests, and ongoing treatments, are substantial. As much as I want to focus on recovering and being there for my kids, the financial burden of these medical costs is overwhelming.
