María, siempre ha sido una guerrera, su fortaleza es el pilar que sostiene a su familia, ella cuida de su mamá y de su hermana menor, se ha convertido en la principal proveedora de su hogar.
El final de 2,024 trajo consigo una noticia inesperada, una de esas que sacuden el corazón y dejan la mente llena de preguntas y emociones encontradas.
Todo comienza con un diagnóstico de un mioma uterino gigante, que requería cirugía inmediata; en noviembre de 2,024 el procedimiento se llevó a cabo, gracias a Dios de manera exitosa, sin embargo, el diagnóstico que precedió a la cirugía es lo que hoy nos tiene escribiendo estas líneas.
El resultado de la biopsia reveló algo inesperado: “Cáncer de endometrio”, esta noticia no solo marcó el inicio de un nuevo capítulo en su vida, sino también el comienzo de un camino que requerirá toda su fortaleza espiritual, física y emocional.
El tratamiento es largo y demandante, aproximadamente durará, nueve meses de 2,025, entre quimioterapias, radioterapias y procedimientos médicos complementarios

Cuando María recibió el diagnóstico, su primer pensamiento no fue para ella misma, sino para su familia. Se preguntaba: “¿Cómo podré seguir cuidándolas mientras enfrento esto? ¿Cómo mantenernos estables si mi vida diaria cambiará radicalmente?”
Los gastos de la recuperación del tratamiento, combinado con los gastos personales son la razón de ser de esta campaña, pues las reacciones y los efectos secundarios son impredecibles, haciendo que su ritmo de trabajo disminuya.

María has always been a warrior. Her strength is the pillar that supports her family; she takes care of her mother and younger sister and has become the main provider for her household.
The end of 2024 brought an unexpected twist—one of those moments that shaken the heart and fills the mind with questions and mixed emotions. It all started with the diagnosis of a giant uterine fibroid, which required immediate surgery. In November 2024, the procedure was successfully performed, thanks to God. However, what followed the surgery is what compels us to write these words today.
The biopsy results revealed something unexpected: “Endometrial Cancer.” This diagnosis not only marked the beginning of a new chapter in María's life but also but also the beginning of a journey that will demand all her spiritual, physical, and emotional.
The treatment is long and demanding, expected to last approximately nine months of 2025, involving chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and complementary medical procedures.
Why Does She Need Our Help?
When María received the diagnosis, her first thought was not for herself but for her family. She wondered: “How can I continue to care for them while facing this? How can we remain stable if my daily life changes so drastically?"
