Hi, my name is Marianna. I’m 20 years old, and I never imagined I’d be writing something like this.

Recently, my life changed completely. After being involved in a car accident, doctors ran several scans to make sure I was okay. That’s when they discovered something none of us expected… a serious brain condition that requires surgery. It was shocking and terrifying to hear those words, especially since I had no idea anything was wrong before the accident.

The doctors believe the condition may have been caused by complications from birth control. I’m still processing everything, but I’m doing my best to stay strong and hopeful through it all. The surgery is necessary to prevent further risks to my health, and while I’m grateful they caught it in time, the costs are overwhelming.

Between the medical bills, time I’ll need to recover, and the expenses that come with not being able to work, I’m asking for help. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward my surgery, hospital stay, and recovery.
