My best friend Mariana is one of the strongest, most generous people I know. For the past year she has been battling stage 4 colon cancer with unwavering courage, all while being a devoted mother to her two beautiful children and a loving wife to her supportive husband. And let’s not forget their loyal dog Chapo who never leaves her side.

Despite the immense challenges she’s faced, Mariana has continued to work hard and give back to her community. She's the kind of person who would offer a helping hand to anyone in need, even when she's going through so much herself. But now, she needs our help.

The past year has been a relentless battle, filled with surgeries, treatments, and countless medical expenses. Unfortunately, the cost of ongoing treatment and the toll it’s taken on their family have created a significant financial burden. They are facing this challenge with grace, but no family should have to fight alone.
