Support Mariah's Recovery from Strokes and Cancer
Donation protected
On April 17, 2025, my 32-year-old sister Mariah suffered a series of strokes and was rushed to the hospital, where they stabilized her but found her vocal cords and left side to be paralyzed.
In the course of treatment they also found a large mass in her abdomen that they suspect to be cancerous (we are still waiting on biopsy results).
Given the long stays (we are currently in her third hospital where we were recently told they are "in no hurry to get rid of her"), extensive testing, several surgeries, and rehab to recover her ability to speak, eat, walk, and use her left hand, we expect the costs to be insurmountable for our family.
We are deeply grateful for any assistance you are able to provide — whether financial, emotional, or simply offering prayers (or whatever your personal alternative is) — to help Mariah recover.
