Help Us Honor the Life of Maria Medina. Our family is heartbroken as we share the passing of our beloved Maria Medina, who left us on March 5, 2026, after courageously battling medical challenges for the past several years.

Maria was born on November 12, 1951, in Texas, to Juanita and Jose Alvarez, the youngest of eight siblings. Her family later moved to California, where she grew up and built a beautiful life centered around family. On December 12, 1981, she married her loving husband, Jesus Medina. Together they raised three daughters — Jessica, Crystal, and Rosa — and Maria was also a proud grandmother to six grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Maria was a woman of integrity, kindness, and deep love for her family. She always put others first and touched the lives of many with her warmth and caring spirit. Her loss leaves a deep void in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
