Support Maria and Lilith in Their Battle for Justice

My Name is Maria Lukyanova, I am a mother of Lilith Nova. We are survivors of severe domestic violence. We are facing injustice in family court system because the mother in law is connected with government(she works for TSA) and is using her connections to cover up for the whole family (very abusive, obsessive, possessive, compulsive, aggressive & narcissistic, toxic). I do not have a way of affording a private lawyer as i am a single, mother in New York , I do not have any family members in this country and I don't get any child support. I am currently a full-time student at TOURO university with GPA 3.478, i study child psychology (My goal is to receive Doctor's Degree in Child Psychology so i could help my own daughter to overcome the traumas first of all) and decided to dedicate my life to helping children who had experienced adverse childhood events similar to my daughter. My current income is from private dance classes for religious Jewish family and I provide Esthetician services from home (nail design). I also recently had received a reiki master teacher healer certification, as well as First Aid and CPR for Adults and Children by Red Cross. I receive public assistance and food stamps, but of course this income is not enough to be able to afford a private lawyer. For almost 6 years we have been in courts, there is ACS involved and I had 5 lawyers with Brooklyn Defenders but none were effective where they could protect my daughter and stop the visitations to the abusive grandparents. I was able to get the TOP but then the new assigned judge threw it out and my daughter has to go to the pedophile's (father in law) house again, in fact they have extended the visits by adding them to happen every other weekend instead of every 3rd weekend of the month. ACF (attorney for child) sides with the paternal grandparents as she is constantly in touch with them. The woman (grandmother) has gone through CIA training for her job and easily knows how to manipulate people and knows how to convince them in things that serve her advantage. Grandparents claim that I coach my daughter against them meanwhile they hit her, slap her, constantly insult her, tell her to "shut up". bad-mouth me, the list could goes on and on and I will be sharing all proof and evidence. All ACS investigations seem to be unfounded but my daughter keeps complaining of how badly she is getting treated at their house. I was given a new lawyer by the current judge and yesterday (may 28 2025) that lawyer himself told me that no one believes me and that if I keep standing up in court and saying same things then the judge can even take my daughter away and give her to the grandparents. Even NYPD is involved, where I have videos of them lying to my face that they have never seen me before and other terrible things they have done to my daughter themselves. I have made a complaint to CCRB but got a response that they don't have enough resources to conduct the investigation; I am going to share more details on my new TikTok (@AngelicWarriors) page and YouTube channels. I am desperately begging for everyone's help and support, please help me rescue my daughter. The next court date in on September 6 2025 and I need to be able to afford a private lawyer who can pick up our case and fight for justice! It is time to expose the corrupted system, the people behind it and safe the and protect our children!
