We are reaching out today on behalf of our dear colleague and friend, Maria Ageitos, someone who has spent more than 20 years pouring her heart, time, and energy into Shipco Transport and the people around her. If you know Maria, you know she has a naturally curious and bright spirit, always ready to learn something new and share a smile along the way. She’s endlessly supportive and consistently goes above and beyond—whether as a dedicated manager, a trusted coworker, or a loyal friend.

Maria’s love and compassion extends to everyone in her life, including her beloved “Nico”, who has been her loyal companion.

Maria is also a cancer survivor, a true testament to her strength and resilience. She never lets anything stop her. She loves her friends deeply, finds joy in a good book, and cherishes the simple pleasure of sharing good time and laughter with her close friends, and colleagues who are her only support system.

Recently, Maria suffered a stroke, and while she is fighting hard and making progress in her rehabilitation, she now faces a challenging and uncertain road to recovery and her return to work is unknown. The last thing she should have to worry about is how to cover her expenses when her energy is needed for healing.
