This is Margot Casino, and she is 31 years old. She’s been married to her wonderful husband Joey for 8 years, and they have 2 perfect baby boys, 3 years old and 1.5 years old.

In the blink of an eye, our whole family’s world changed.

She was recently diagnosed with Stage 3C breast cancer (invasive ductal carcinoma) which is aggressive and advanced. What was supposed to be an ordinary season of raising their two beautiful babies has turned into months of hospital visits, treatments, and uncertainty.

In September, she bravely started 16 weeks of chemotherapy. This will end around Christmas, to be followed by a full bilateral mastectomy, radiation, and reconstruction. The road ahead is long, dark, and daunting.

Joey, her husband and her rock, has had to step away from work to care for her and their little ones. We are all doing everything we can to hold our family together, but as anyone who’s walked this road knows, cancer doesn’t pause the bills, the groceries, or the daily needs of two young children who still deserve a warm, happy home.

This is a family built on love, laughter, and hope, but right now, they need help to keep that light shining.
