Hello all, we set up this gofundme because we know many of you have asked how to show your support, and we thank you so very much.

 

On Tuesday evening, 6/28, Marcus was swimming with some friends. Through a freak accident, he struck his head on the bottom of the pool and fractured his C1 and C5. His friends were able to get him out of the pool and 911 was called. Once we got to the hospital and was stabilized, they performed surgery on Wednesday, 6/29. What was supposed to be a 4 hour procedure was done in under two, and they fused his C5 to his C6.

 

Marcus has a long recovery ahead and we don't know what each day will bring. Y'all's prayers mean so much to him. Please keep them coming. He believes in miracles.
