Marcus Branstetter is a friend of Lacey’s and the owner of Marcs Trees and Landscape in Wichita, Kansas. Marcus was seriously injured in a devastating fall from the top of a bucket truck while working. On the way down, a log landed on him and caused severe internal injuries, multiple broken ribs, head trauma, a broken shoulder, and lung complications. He is now in the hospital and undergoing surgery to stabilize his rib cage so his body has a chance to heal. Marcus has spent about 30 years building his tree business and has become known as someone who is always willing to help others whenever they need it.

Now Marcus needs that same kindness and support in return. Because he is unable to work, this injury is putting an enormous strain on every part of his life.
