Support Marco’s Recovery from Guillain-Barré Syndrome
Donation protected
On March 23rd, my father, Marco, was suddenly diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS). This is a rare and serious condition where the immune system attacks the nerves. He was hospitalized from that day until April 25th, enduring weeks of uncertainty, pain, intensive medical care, and rehabilitation therapy to learn how to walk again.
While we are incredibly grateful that he is now home, his recovery journey is just beginning. Marco faces a long road of physical rehabilitation and is currently unable to work.
As a self-employed construction worker, Marco has always worked hard to support our family. Unfortunately, he does not qualify for state disability benefits. With his income now on hold for the foreseeable future, our family is hoping to raise some money to help cover essential living expenses during this time.
This support will allow my parents to focus fully on Marco’s healing and rehabilitation, without the added stress of worrying about lost income. Every donation, no matter the amount, will make a meaningful difference and go directly toward helping them stay financially stable through this challenging time.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support.
