Hi there, I’m Marcie McFarland. I was a nurse working full-time until I was recently diagnosed with papillary carcinoma (thyroid cancer) and Stage IV B cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Started my chemotherapy and immunotherapy on 8/18/25. Now I am experiencing life from the other side as the patient instead of the nurse and navigating this difficult journey as my world changes daily.
