Marcia Hofman, a dear friend and an incredibly strong woman, is facing a challenging time. After struggling with the healthcare system for years, Marcia has finally been scheduled for a total hysterectomy surgery on March 18th to remove three uterine fibroids she's been battling since her diagnosis in 2004.

Unfortunately, Marcia's health issues have taken a significant toll on her ability to work. She's been in constant pain since December and hasn't been able to work, leading to financial hardship. The road to recovery will be long, and Marcia will need to take an additional three months off work after surgery.
