update**

Marcel didn’t lose weight this week!!! Wednesday he had a feeding tube put in and because he was in AFIB they couldn’t put him under for the surgery and so he felt the whole procedure. Thursday he began drinking the special formula…..so far up to 4 bottles, 16 oz of milk and grape Gatorade ……dietitian says he has to get up to 7 bottle in order to keep weight in check.

Today he met with his Dr. found out his B/P is back to normal, labs good and didn’t even lose a pound for the week. We did find out that he will probably have more chemo with an Ptscan at week 7. There is a 3rd chemo that might be introduced depending results of Ptscan. He slept through his 5 hours of chemo which is good. Probably at week 8 we go back up to Mayo and talk about finally doing his surgery.

For those who have contributed to our GoFundMe page, thank you so very much. We have used some of the money so far for his medical supplies, protein shakes and grape Gatorade. Not to mention sweats to keep him warm because chemo is making his body temperature low.

Sadly, my beloved husband, (and Marc's dear old dad), Marcel's cancer has returned for a third time, and it's now Stage 4. Marcel is receiving treatment through the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. We're fighting this nasty cancer using all medical approaches, yet still maintain his quality of life. This is our "Hail Mary", but it is out of town, and it is expensive.
