Support Marcel while she is on medical leave

Marcel will be going for surgery,and could be out up to 8 weeks of work. Her job will not be paying her while she is out on medical leave. As well all know bills don't stop just bc you are out of work. Marcel is also a single mother with 2 kids, and provides everything on her own.
