There are genuinely nice and wonderful people in this world who give wholeheartedly to others and ask for nothing in return. Manuel Medina is such a person. On July 25, 2025, while he was sitting on his porch enjoying the evening, waiting for his girlfriend Hannah to return home from work, he observed two male individuals near his work truck. As Manuel approached to investigate, the two males attacked him and stabbed him three times in the abdomen. As he staggered to his neighbor's house seeking help, bleeding heavily, Hannah had returned home and was able to assist him into her vehicle and transport him to the emergency room. Upon arrival, he was evaluated and taken to surgery. He was then placed into the intensive care unit where he remained for four days. Thanks be to GOD, no major organs were damaged. He was released in stable condition to recuperate at home and is not permitted to return to work for three months. The two male individuals have not been apprehended at this time. We pray law enforcement will be able to apprehend the suspects soon and justice will prevail.

At the time of the attack, Hannah was pregnant and due to give birth to their first child. A week and a half later, their beautiful, healthy little girl Liberty was born. With Hannah being on maternity leave and Manuel not being permitted to work until he has completely healed, his family has set up this GoFundMe. This will help with the medical bills and expenses while Manuel and Hannah recuperate and heal while they are out of work and enjoying their new baby girl with less worry.

Manuel Medina is not one to ask for anything; he is a humble man and would lend a hand to anyone in need. A true Godly man. He is a wonderful girl dad to four beautiful girls, a loving partner to Hannah, and a great friend. He is truly loved by his family.
