Support Manuel Luna's Funeral Services

Hello,

My name is Jasmine Luna.

On 01/07/25, my father, Manuel Luna, passed away, leaving behind a wife battling stage 3 colon cancer, 7 year old son, 6 adult children , and 10 grandchildren after a long struggle with type 1 diabetes. After contracting gangrene on his foot and struggling with kidney and heart failure, he was transferred from California to Nevada to be treated. His doctors amputated the infected portion of his foot, and an angioplasty was performed to help increase blood flow to his limb in efforts to prevent infection and further complications. While attempting to recover from the angioplasty, my brother noticed my father’s health was declining. A team of health professionals investigated what the cause could be for this decline, and unfortunately, he never woke back up from undergoing anesthesia as his lungs filled with blood and his heart stopped beating. Leaving us at the age of 52, my family and I are trying to transport his body back to California and send him off by arranging funeral and memorial services where all of his family and friends can celebrate his life and grieve properly. Here are the total cost

-$4500 to transport the body from Nevada back to California

-$13450 for funeral services package at the Forest Lawn Cemetery where we currently have purchased a plot.

Anything else donated will help Georgina care for their 7 year old son Rey as she goes through chemotherapy, radiation and surgery for stage 3 colon cancer.
