Support Manuel Alarcon’s Recovery

We are raising money for our dad, Manuel Alarcon. This past Saturday, he coached his grandsons first soccer game of the season and then went out to breakfast with his kids and grandkids. Unfortunately, few hours later he suffered a massive heart attack and went into cardiac arrest. After a few more arrests, he was rushed to surgery and placed on ECMO and a ventilator. He was then transferred from South Bend to Indy’s Cardiovascular Critical Care Unit.

Recently, he has been responsive when we talk to him, can open his eyes and move around. But unfortunately is still on ECMO and a ventilator. They will be trying to take him off them soon!

He will be taking a few weeks to recover. And during that time will not be working, and will be accumulating medical bills.

We are hoping to raise money for him to have while he is here and after he gets discharged.

Hola a todos, estamos pidiendo ayuda para mi papá Manuel Alarcón. Este sábado pasado fue coach del equipo de sus nietos después del entrenamiento salimos a desayunar, triste mente horas después sufrió un ataque al corazón/paro cardíaco. Después de varios ataques del corazón fue llevado de emergencia a cirugía donde después lo tuvieron que entubar. Después de unas horas fue llevado de emergencia al hospital de Indianápolis (Cardiovascular Critical Care Unit). Gracias a Dios a podido reaccionar cuando le hablamos también a podido abrir los ojos y se a movido un poco más pero desafortunadamente aún no le an podido quitar el respirador. Por esta situación tendrá que estar en recuperación por varias semanas y les pedimos su apoyo con lo que puedan ayudarnos se los agradeceremos de corazón ya que el no va a poder trabajar por cierto tiempo. Hoy por el, mañana por nosotros.
