Hello friends and family. My brother Manny needs our help. He had a heart attack and is in ICU at UMC. His heart function is very, very low and he also has significant kidney damage. He has been in the hospital for 2 weeks now and still has a long way to go in the hospital and after with treatments and medical equipment he is going to need.

Being in the hospital has kept him from being able to work and things are getting a little tight. This has been such a hit for our family emotionally and financially.
