Help Manny Continue Fighting for Time With His Children

Hello family and friends,

I’m reaching out during a very challenging time in my life to ask for your support.

I am a single father living in Texas while much of my family is in California. My two young children mean the world to me, and my greatest desire is to remain a present and active father in their lives.

There is currently a court order in place that grants me visitation with my children. However, there have been times when the visitation order has not been followed, which has made it difficult for me to see them consistently. When this has happened, I have filed police reports, but I have been informed that these situations must ultimately be resolved through the family court system.

Because of this, I need legal assistance to address the situation through the proper legal channels and to protect my ability to spend time with my children as outlined in the court order.

I have already spent a significant amount on attorney fees and legal costs, and continuing this process has become financially overwhelming. I am doing everything I can to work through the legal system so I can remain an active and loving father in my children’s lives.
