Hi everyone. its Manny as most you know by now I experienced Renal failure or kidney failure. I never NEVER saw this coming as im sure it was a surpise to most of you. im the last one to ever ask for help or assistance at any stage of my life  so whatver anyone of you would like contribute or donate is GREATLY appreciated.
