My name is Linda and I am creating this page for my friend, Amanda Williams AKA Mandi. In Oct of 2025, she had a bad work injury and has been out on workman's comp ever since. She is only receiving 60% of her pay, but her bank account is constantly in the negative.

It has been verified that she does have a badly torn rotator cuff and two of the discs in her neck are compressing on her spine, causing the spinal cord to be narrowed, all causing her tremendous pain.

She has tried physical therapy and neck injections to no avail! She was finally able to see a surgeon and is having surgery on Thursday, Jan. 22, where she will still be out for recovery probably 6-8 weeks, and she is finding out tomorrow, Jan 13th, if she is going to need neck surgery, so she might be out on workman's comp even longer. She misses doing the job she loves so very much!! She is at her wits' end, and I am just praying to get her some help! I hope people can see it in their hearts to help her.
