Mama's Cradle Animal Sanctuary is a refuge for cats, dogs, and other animals in need, situated by a peaceful lakeside in the mountains of Cavinti, Laguna. Our founder, Carina Francisco Willie Suarez, sacrificed her hard-earned properties, enable to rescue and provide proper veterinary care, surgeries, confinement, and hands-on rehabilitation for countless animals.
Despite the immense financial demands of building and maintaining this beautiful, nature-filled sanctuary, she has lost her home and now lives among the animals on this remote mountain lake. She tirelessly strives to give them love and quality care, often juggling funds, working part-time jobs, and taking on event jobs just to buy bags or cans of food.
Mama's Cradle Animal Sanctuary does more than rescue and rehabilitate. We fight against animal cruelty by filing cases against offenders, organize free spay, castration, and vaccination services in remote communities, and collaborate with local government and organizations as advocates for animal welfare. Education and inspiration are vital to creating a better world for these voiceless animals.
