Hi, I’m a friend of Jessie Allred and Mamá Thelma. The military brought us together. I met Jessie and soon after she introduced me to her mom, Mamá Thelma. Both women became like family in a world where things change quickly.

Mamá Thelma always had a smile and was the definition of charity. Her heart and hands were always ready to serve. Her devotion to the Lord was her guide through life. To know her was to love her. In her hugs, you felt love, care, and a feeling of warmth.

Mamá Thelma was recently diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer. As things got harder, she wanted to go back to her homeland of Honduras.

The Allreds saved close to $9k to take Mamá Thelma and the rest of the family to Honduras.

Unfortunately, on their way there, Mamá Thelma passed away just 3 hours from home.

As they grieve their great loss, they now have to pay for her body to be transported to Honduras. The cost is about $6,500. If you can help this grieving family, please, please do.
