Mallory Laremore has been a part of the Rockwall community since childhood, growing up here with her parents, brother, and sister. As a devoted mom to her nine-year-old son Lane, Mallory has always been someone who gives back—she’s been a member of the Boys and Girls Club and has spent years helping those less fortunate in our area. Now, she needs our support more than ever.
On February 12, Mallory’s life changed in an instant. She was admitted to ICU level one trauma care for a rare bacterial infection that caused her organs to shut down. Thanks to the quick actions of her medical team and life-saving medication, Mallory survived—but she lost circulation to both her hands and feet. As a result, she now faces the unimaginable challenge of adjusting to life as a quadruple amputee. Despite everything, Mallory’s strength and determination have inspired everyone around her.
Mallory’s journey ahead will require multiple surgeries, prosthetics for both hands and feet, extensive physical and occupational therapy, and modifications to her home so she can live safely and comfortably with Lane. The financial burden is overwhelming, and that’s why we’re coming together to help. Your donation will go directly toward Mallory’s medical bills, therapy, prosthetic care, home modifications, and daily living expenses for her and Lane. Please join us in supporting Mallory and her family as they adjust to their new normal. Every donation, share, and kind word will make a difference in their lives.
