Her Story...

On December 10th, I was diagnosed with stage 2 invasive ductal carcinoma, in easy terms, breast cancer. 2025 has not started out on a good note, but like Randy Pausch quotes, “We cannot change the cards we are dealt, just how we play the hand.” I am blessed with some great doctors and nurses here in St. Louis who are working hard on the best treatment plan: 6 months of chemo, 6 months of radiation, and surgery that will hopefully be the solution to being healthy again.
