Hello Everyone,

I am setting up this GoFundMe for my niece, Malisa Cutler, who recently lost her husband, Boone Cutler. Boone died of VA neglect of his combat injuries. Boone was a combat veteran in Iraq who returned to the United States with a traumatic brain injury and spent two years at Walter Reed Hospital trying to recover. During his time in Walter Reed he learned that our veterans were not receiving the proper treatments to recover, etc.

Boone was eventually established as the Warfighter Rights' Leader because he saw firsthand that all veteran issues were not being addressed properly. He was responsible for creating The Spartan Pledge that has helped save countless veterans from suicide.

As Malisa found out for herself and by talking with combat veterans' widows, family financial support is cut off immediately when a combat veteran passes away--leaving the family with no financial support.

Malisa is a strong person and has learned from the best. She will now take on the fight to help our veterans and their families. However, Malisa needs our help to keep fighting. Malisa needs some temporary help to stay in her house. She realizes she may have to sell her house but does not want to lose it due to not being able to make her mortgage payments.
